トミモとあきなと、みょうじなまえの合同展覧会「トミモとなまえ・」が、2月13日（土）から大阪・本町駅徒歩3分のアトラスビル4階Limited Gallery にて開催されます。本展示はバレンタインデーと同時期の開催でもあり「愛」をテーマに構成されております。オンラインイベントも予定されておりますので、遠方の方もご自宅からご参加頂けますと幸いです。

萌ママのスナックマボロシを今回コロナ禍の状況においてスナックモシモシとして、2/13(土) 13時から19時 『トミモとなまえ・』会場内にて一日限りの営業します。
※オフラインであつまで集まれない方も、ウェブ配信もいたします。ぜひ、オンラインでもスナックモシモシへ遊びに来てください。スナックマボロシとは、萌ママが2009年より神出鬼没に日本の各地で1日限定スナックを開店してきたライフワークです。今回は、みょうじなまえとトミモとあきなの展示作家2名も萌ママをサポートしします。皆さまとモシモシ乾杯できるできると幸いです。

【トミモとなまえ・展示概要】
2021年2月13日よりトミモとあきな、みょうじなまえの2名合同展覧会「トミモとなまえ展」を開催します。トミモとあきなは、写真作品を中心に「記憶との遭遇」をテーマにメディアを問わず作品制作をしています。人間の視線だけではなく機械の視線をも組み込むことで現実と現実味のギャップを探求しています。また、みょうじなまえは、これまで女性が「見られる性」として扱われることを批判的に捉え、ジェンダーとコマーシャリズムを軸に制作を行ってきました。2019年に東京藝術大学で出会った二人は奇しくも同じ年齢、同じ関西出身でありました。この展示では、おのおのの幼少期の記憶を紐解きながら「女になること」とは何かを再考することを目的としています。ボーヴォワールの著書『第二の性』の一節「人は女に生まれるのではない、女になるのだ」はあまりに有名な言葉ですが、人がアイデンティティの一部としての「ジェンダー」を獲得するまでの過程や、それら一連の流れは全て記憶と体験の累積であるという考えを仮説として作品を提示します。この展覧会では「愛」を切り口に、人間が生きるために必要なこととは何かを美術の視点からから再考してみたいと考えております。コロナ禍の下に生きる女性である二人が、今、アートで社会に対して働きかけられる事や、それぞれの作品についてのディスカッションイベントも開催予定です。オンライン配信も行います。詳しくはHPをご覧ください。

We are pleased to announce a two-person joint exhibition by TOMIMO+AKINA and Myoji Namae, “TOMIMO+NAMAE Ten (Exhibition)” starting February 13, 2021. TOMIMO+AKINA creates works in any media with the theme of “Encountering Memory”, mainly in photography. And Myoji Namae has always been critical of the way women are treated as the “seen sex,” and her work has been based on gender and commercialism. In 2019, they met at the Tokyo University of the Arts, and coincidentally, they are the same age and from the same Kansai region. This exhibition aims to reconsider what it means to be a woman by unraveling the memories of each person’s childhood. Although Beauvoir’s “One is not born a woman, one becomes a woman” is a very famous phrase, I will present my works based on the hypothesis that the process of acquiring “gender” as a part of one’s identity and the sequence of these processes are all cumulative memories and experiences. In addition, according to the data released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare on suicides by age in Japan in October 2020, the suicide rate among women in their 20s to 40s has more than doubled compared to the same period last year, and as a result, various problems faced by women living in modern society, such as work, childcare, domestic violence, and nursing care, have come to light. It is precise because of this that this exhibition will use “love” as a starting point to reconsider, from the perspective of art, what is necessary for human beings to live. Announcement of “Snack Moshi Moshi”
Moe Mama’s Snack Maboroshi will be open for one day only at the “TOMIMO+NAMAE TEN” venue from 1 pm to 7 pm on 2/13 (Sat) as “Snack Moshi Moshi” under the circumstances of the Corona disaster.
We’ll also be streaming the event online as well.
Snack Maborosi is the life’s work of Moe Mama, who has been opening one-day-only snack bars in various parts of Japan since 2009. This time, two exhibiting artists, Myouji Namae, TOMIMO+AKINA, will also support Moe Mama. We hope to be able to make a toast to all of you.
There are some rules that Moemama would like you to follow.
